Corronation Street Spoof - Editing Task 1

In our Media class, we were asked to edit an episode of Corronation Street into a trailer, and put an extra touch to it.
I chose to make the extra touch into a spoof version of Corronation Street - I did this by adding different sound effects to the trailer and mixing up the order of scenes.

The software I used to edit this clip was iMovie.
This was the first time I used iMovie, so therefore I decided to try out different things to get used to the software.

Stop Motion Animation - Boy meets girl - My boo

The story line of this stop motion animation is how a boy meets a girl, and they the girl falls head over heels for the boy.. Literally.
And the boy finds his boo.
And they live happily ever after.
I thought of this idea, because I was lookng for fairytale story, with a happy ending.
The idea of trainers + Stilettos came from the thought of doing fairytale story line. I thought can this is the only way I can show 'Boy meets girl' without using a male + a female in my stop motion.

I made this stop motion video, by using my SLR Canon 1000D camera.
After taking one picture, I'd move the shoes closer together, as if their moving towards eachother to acheive my video.

Then I editing the video, although I didn't achieve to to speed the images up to make the video look good, I added a song that I thought would match the story line and the type of shoes.

I also decided to add a little bit of text to give the audeince an outline of what the stop motion is based on.
